Glam Polish has some exciting releases here in August! One of the releases I have to share with you today is a limited edition trio based on the lovely Catherine O’Hara. Like Glam Polish does best, these are three melodramatic glitter shades with sparkles and punch. Are you ready?
These three glitter polishes all have clear bases, meaning you will be able to see your natural nail through them. The topper abilities with this polish are self-explanatory, however, I did not showcase them here. Instead, you will see them all as three normal coat manicures. Please also note that, if you do not like a clear-base glitter polish like this, you can have an opaque glitter manicure by “sponging” the polish on. There are many tutorials online about this technique and I plan to make one as well, someday.

EXTRA NOTES: I love the color scheme here; it almost feels a perfect Grinch polish. It’s perfect for Christmas or even a great spring day. Very playful! The red glitters are great at reflecting light, and thus twinkle very lovely.

EXTRA NOTES: These colors are so dramatic! To me, they perfectly embody Beetlejuice. The glitter coverage at two coats looked a little more sparse than “A Little Gasoline…” but if you go up to three coats, it fills in nicely.

EXTRA NOTES: I am absolutely loving the star glitters! Please note that you may have to shake it well to be able to fish them out, as I had to do so, but once shaken well they came out easily. I thought the star glitters would need glitter smoother, but they do not with a plump top coat.
