I am one of those people in the community that is really influenced by polishes that match an inspiration or theme. Sure, who doesn’t like a pretty polish? But if it seems to fall short of its inspiration, I might side-eye it a bit. That doesn’t mean it has to look like the inspiration; but, if a maker has thoughtfully put elements and colors together while thinking of its theme, I am highly likely to fall in love with it. The collection I have for you in this post fulfills thoughtfulness in its creation, and I am so honored to be able to share it with you!
If you haven’t heard of Painted Polish, I would like to preface their introduction by crowning them a blog-favorite brand for crelly polishes! Painted Polish really shines (and sparkles) with their crelly creations, and this collection is a perfect spotlight for their talent.
Introducing: The “Let’s Get Stoned: Rainbow Realm” collection! This muted rainbow palette is perfect for the cooler weather coming, and is a perfect representation of the stone-inspirations (stonespirations, if you will). Not in the polished and faceted way, like gemstones in a piece of jewelry, but very much in a raw-earthy-geologic-way. All of the elements work really well in the base color, and if the palette wasn’t muted like it is, I don’t think they would have the same impact. All of that is to say: this is perfect for a magical fall!
In addition to the “Let’s Get Stoned” collection, Painted Polish is also releasing another mystery crelly to add to the fun of fall! Since it is still a mystery at this time, I’ll be directing you to a YouTube video and Instagram post where it is revealed.

EXTRA NOTES: All of these polishes have such a beautiful formula; the polish goes exactly where you put it! This color is also just divine. This one specifically feels very geologic, as in, this is definitely not a cut and polished gemstone on my hands. No ma’am! You pulled this amethyst straight out of the ground.

EXTRA NOTES: This is like the most perfect medium denim blue! Perfect to pair with a denim jacket on those cold, fall nights. In other news, I tried looking up Glaucus blue on Google, and it showed me a “tiny, highly venemous sea slug” called a Blue Glaucus… what a very creative way to describe color! I’m very tickled.

EXTRA NOTES: To me, it seemed more teal on my nails than in the bottle. There’s a definite green tilt in the bottle, but definitely looks more blue on the nail. I also never really thought of teal as a “fall color,” but I am totally convinced now.

EXTRA NOTES: This one turned a bit more muted on the nail on the second coat! I don’t think it would change further with three, but I thought I’d note this any way. This is the perfect Thanksgiving polish, in my opinion! The gold flakes here are the perfect touch.

EXTRA NOTES: I would call this polish almost a warm mustard color, maybe with a hint of marigold. It is definitely a fall yellow. I love how the silver metallic flakes take on such a lovely light yellow color from the base!

EXTRA NOTES: This is a very fall pink in that is a soft, rosy blush tone. It’s extremely flattering, and usually warm pinks like this are not very flattering on me. I also love the gold flakes especially in this one.
